Off Broadway Travel is an award winning luxury travel agency, founded 22 years ago. As a company we strive to be a market leader in luxury travel and we have been recognised as such by winning ‘Best Travel Agency in the South East region’ and also ‘Best Agency in UK & Ireland’, both in 2017. More recently, we were voted as ‘Luxury Travel Agency of the Year (Store)’ in the TTG Luxury Awards for 2019.

As an independent agency we feel that it is very important for us to travel extensively in order to best advise our clients when assisting with their holiday arrangements. Tricia, Paul, Natalie, Mark and Claire are always expanding their knowledge and are always keen to share their experiences with others. At Off Broadway Travel our clients are treated as individuals, we recognise there is no ‘one size fits all’ format when it comes to planning a holiday. We know the best way to provide a client with their perfect holiday is to get to know them, which is why we invite our clients in for a face to face chat so that we can get to know their likes and dislikes, and get a better idea about their personality.

Over the years Off Broadway Travel has helped to arrange all manner of holidays. As an independent agency we are free to arrange your trip with an expansive supplier list, so if you are interested in sand-boarding in Dubai, Trekking to see Gorillas in Uganda or if you want to while away your days on an idyllic paradise island, we are sure that we can help.

WHO WE ARE
Travel is in our DNA, it is our passion and we love to travel ourselves. We also get great satisfaction from sending our clients on their travels, be it a weekend or city break, a relaxing holiday at the beach or ticking off one of their bucket list destinations.
We travel extensively so that we get to experience first-hand what destinations, and hotels, have to offer, this helps us to match the perfect destination to each client that we have the pleasure of working with. No request is too much trouble for us, we always like a challenge.
HOW WE WORK
Off Broadway Travel is a family run, independent travel agency. We pride ourselves on providing a very high standard of service to all our clients, treating them as individuals with their own personal likes and dislikes. When a client makes an enquiry with us, we don’t like to keep them waiting unnecessarily to get back to them with holiday ideas and prices.
As an independent travel agency we have the flexibility to use a great range of trusted suppliers, with whom we have been working closely over the past 21 years.
WHAT WE BELIEVE
The term ‘holiday’ means different things to different people, we understand this. For some, it is the time away from their mobile phone and their laptop, for others it is being an ‘intrepid traveller’ and getting out to see those bucket list destinations.
Whatever the term ‘holiday’ means to you, we believe you should have a holiday, it is a great way to recharge the batteries and reenergise your mind.
