Hi I'm Jenny and I first worked for Off Broadway Travel from 2014 to 2018 and then rejoined in 2025. I have lived in South Africa for 4 years which gave me a wonderful opportunity to experience life in another country. Although now back in the UK I still have a bit of South Africa with me in my husband! We travel around the UK camping now giving him the opportunity to experience another country and the great outdoors!

When it comes to my work I am a perfectionist. I am responsible for putting the cherry on the cake when it comes to your holiday trying to organise the little touches so that when you arrive in resort its all the more special. In all honestly I am not that scary, unless you don't give me what I request for our clients! On the rare occasion there is a complaint, I fight tooth and nail to get to the bottom of what went wrong and reach an amicable solution for all. You're in good hands!

A complete jack of all trades I help out where ever I can from booking, to admin, payments, complaints and concierge.

Oh and I love my animals, my house is a bit of a zoo...!! I am also a bit of a CrossFit freak and take part in competitions with my husband and he also competes in the UK and abroad!
