My love of travel began at a young age but it was a particular family holiday, exploring the beautiful island of Corfu in a tiny Fiat Panda, that inspired me to begin working in a local independent travel agency in 1987.  Whilst the technology we use might have changed a bit since then (fax machines were cutting edge!), my belief of providing a personal service with excellent attention to detail, has grown with the years.  From a short city break, to a lengthy round the world trip, I love planning every aspect of a trip and hearing all about it upon your return.

 

Whilst I enjoy lazy beach holidays, I’m never happier than when I’m on the move, exploring a country by various forms of transport! My favourite holidays have been our two family RV trips around Alberta and BC in Canada where we stayed in some truly amazing locations, immersed in nature with wildlife and fantastic scenery.  Closer to home, we have often been seen driving up and down mountains in France, Spain and Italy, following the three Grand Tours of professional cycling which has certainly been a crazy experience.

I am an Elite Canada Travel Specialist through Destination Canada, one of only approx 25-30 in the UK! I am very proud of this accolade, Canada is one of my favourite destinations to plan holidays for.

 

Most of my spare time is spent with my horse, who is quite a character and definitely the boss, or watching my favourite football team, which shall remain anonymous!

 

I am based on the East Sussex/Kent border where I can be contacted by email or phone but I am also happy to arrange a mutually convenient location to meet for a travel by appointment.
