When in full bloom it is quite a sight to behold. The best time to see it is from late April to early May. During this time there are many sites where you can take full advantage of the beautiful trees. and it is best to enquire as soon as possible because it is a very popular event. Known as 'Sakura' in Japanese, they're also the country's national flower.
