We can meet with you virtually! We understand that time is precious, and more often than not we don't have enough of it! That's why we now offer virtual appointments, so that we can speak about your travel plans from the comfort of your lounge! If this is something that you think you would like to take advantage of, here's how you can get us;

All appointments are free and will be as long as they need to be (an hour is an approximate time). If the member of staff you have booked an appointment with will not be available due to a change of circumstances you will be contacted immediately. Parking in Welwyn can be tricky so make sure you allow time for this and if you are early it is no problem!

You will always have priority if you have booked an appointment with a specific travel specialist. Where possible we always make time for those who do not have an appointment, however during busy times this may require waiting. If it is more convenient for you can book an appointment to come back at a later date.
