Formed in 1997, Off Broadway Travel was the vision of co-founder Tricia Conroy Smith who wanted to bring a totally new dimension to the travel industry. Having worked in travel since 1981, Tricia saw the need to provide a truly independent, personal and professional service where each client’s needs could be tailor made to their specific requirements. Paul Rice, partner in Off Broadway Travel has worked in the travel industry since 1988 and has been with the company since it’s inception. Together, he and Tricia have developed the hugely popular ‘Travel by Appointment’ concept offering clients the option to meet at a mutually convenient time and location to discuss their requirements.
